Testimonials
My wife and I used Manny Trujillo as our real estate agent to purchase our home in Angel Fire. Throughout the entire process we found Manny to be professional, insightful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This was the first home we purchased "long distance" and after the contract was signed, Manny was very helpful in guiding us to closing. Manny knows the real estate business and he knows the areas he works. Plus he is a "good guy."

We just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the excellent job you have done of selling a piece of property that we owned at Angelfire. It is always nice to have someone live up to verbal promises, as well as those written. You have exceeded our expectations as a Realtor and we look forward to working with you on future property transactions.
Thanks again,
Sincerely,
Bruce & Diane Jardine
My name is Ken Stilwell, my wife's name is Linda, we have a dental practice in Longview, Texas, and I have an Angel Fire experience to tell. In late October, 2002, we drove to Angel Fire to be Manny Trujillo's guests for two days at the ski lodge. I had discovered Angel Fire Resort on the internet several weeks before, and determined this would be a good way to enjoy an inexpensive getaway. Reservations were made, and we were excited about seeing some nice properties and beautiful scenery. But I was so sure we wouldn't be interested in purchasing property, that I left my checkbook at home. I was wrong. It didn't take us long to fall in love with the area, the people, Angel Fire Resort, and with our host. Manny was extremely knowledgeable and capable, lining up things for us to see and do. But more importantly, he was genuinely interested in us. We stayed five days, had a great time, found and purchased the 2 ½ acres of our dreams, and began what we know will be a lifelong friendship with Manny and his family. (Manny's wife, Candy, is a talented artist, with both natural ability and insight. Don't fail to check out her work).
It will be a few years before we will retire and, if God leads, settle permanently on our property in Angel Fire Resort. In the meantime, we hope to continue to build relationships there and enjoy visiting our home-away-from-home as often as possible.

My intention, upon visiting Angel Fire during the recent holidays, was to explore an investment property that my family and I could also use. Out of curiosity, my son and I stopped by the model of the resort's newest land development project in the hotel lobby-and Manny took it from there.
In a professional yet very unassuming manner, he showed us all around the resort and he listened to us talk about short-term requirements and long-term goals. We saw houses, condominiums, and building lots and, as we evaluated each property, he continued to listen. He also answered a multitude of questions and he answered every question in a straightforward manner, not worrying how the answer might be perceived or whether it would jeopardize his commission. It was impressive and refreshing and, with him, we discovered the house I now own.
Throughout this transaction, Manny has continued to answer all kinds of questions-when he didn't have the answers immediately, he went looking for them and responded without fail. He recommended appropriate resources, went to bat when the process dared to slow, clarified this requirement and that regulation, and managed all of us participants with his quiet good humor. During the same period, his family grew in size and moved to Angel Fire and his cell phone, I know, continued to hum with other clients.
I look forward to time in Angel Fire and I'm grateful to Manny for providing an experience that has made me feel welcome there. And I know that he and his family, as well as others he introduced, are the friends I'll get to know well in years to come. Thank you, Manny!
